Abstract:
The deformation of casting aluminum alloy irregular parts exists seriously during machining. The main reason is residual stress. Proceeding from design structure of frame products, the relation between residual stress and product deformation is analyzed. In combination with the mechanism of vibration stress relief (VSR) process, the deformation elimination of the casting aluminum alloy frames is elaborated emphatically by the aid of VSR process. The test results prove that the VSR process can eliminate the deformation of casting aluminum alloy frames obviously.
