According to the structural characteristics of sheet metal parts,a practical optimized
scheme for 80.5mm~86mm sheet metal parts processing was obtained by comparison between commOB
processing and laser cutting.The effects of different laser cutting parameters on the cutting
quality were also verified.The results indicate that under the conditions of 2.4kW pulse power,1 0ms
pulse width,and 107W/cm2 power density,better cutting quality can be obtained with high produc—
tivity,the dimension error can be controlled within the range of±1 001J,m.The results show that the
scheme iS valid.
