Abstract:

Simulation tests involving processing and storage environment were carried out to ex— plore the formation of brown red spots on the surface of sulfuric acid anodic oxide film．The results showed that the formation of brown red spots was related to such factors as oxide film pollution by acid mmefials，incomplete cleaning after sealing treatment and immersion in solutions．Countermeasures were put forward．
