Abstract:
In this paper the reason of rubber products blooming was analyzed based on formula design, vulcanizing process, mould, environment and oxidation condition. The mechanism of rubber diaphragm blooming was studied through scanning electron microscopy(SEM). According to the experiment results, rubber diaphragm blooming can be effectively prevented by controlling the cooling temperature between 0℃ and 15℃ after the diaphragm is taken out of the mould.
