Abstract:
The paper introduced virtual manufacturing technology based on modern numerical control. Based on the analysis of part machining and virtual manufacturing simulation technology, cutting simulation of a part was conducted. The virtual simulation of machine impact system was realized with developed post-processor. A new method is provided for the effective NC machining of such complex parts.
