Abstract:
The lens spacer coupling,which is the most important part of the high-pressure gas pipeline, is related to the reliability of the pressurization system. The sealing computation and bolt strength calibration of the lens spacer structure is carried out through the mechanical analysis of the coupling structure. The equivalent stress distribution and deformation of the contacting surface under different tightening torque, which is corresponding to the sealing width and area, is concluded by the method of contacting nonlinear finite element. The results of the theoretical and numerical analysis, which were proven by the pressure test, are the important basis for the range of tightening torque.
