Abstract:
The mechanical structure and working principle of a direct-acting solenoid valve are introduced. The AMESim-based simulation model of the direct-acting solenoid valve is built. The influences of soft magnetic material, exciting voltage, number of windings circle on the dynamic response characteristics of the solenoid valve are analyzed. The comparison between the test data and simulation analytic results indicates the validity of the AMESim model.
