Abstract:
Based on structural features of the internal and external semi-pipes, main stamping process parameters and blank dimensions are analyzed. The stamping process of the internal and external semi-pipes was simulated with finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The influence of different blank holder forces and stamping speeds on stretch forming of the parts are studied with the analysis of stamping process and wrinkling defect.
