In combination with the characteristics of the hardware equipments, the automatic calibration system of build-in pressure sensors was designed on the basis of the principle analysis of the pressure measurement system. The channel configuration module and the automatic calibration program of build-in sensors was designed under the Windows XP operation system with the VB6.0 language. The interface operation of programmable power supply EDC522 and PACIFIC 6000 type acquisition device was achieved through the GPIB bus. The automatic calibration of the pressure sensors was realized.
