Abstract:
The pipe filing-repairing is one of the important skills in engine assembly. Based on the assembly features of liquid rocket engines, the keys and difficulties of pipe filing-repairing technology were discussed in terms of three steps: pipe match check, pipe cutting and pipe filing-repairing. According to actual assembly experience, the four principles of pipe match check, six key factors influencing the position of pipe cutting, and five requirements and corresponding controlling parameters were summed up. The pipe filing-repairing technology was realized successfully.
