Abstract:
A combined feed system is introduced. The working principle of the reciprocating piston actuator which is the key component of the system is described. A simulation model of the system was established. The performance of the actuator was simulated when the mediums were liquid and gas. The influence of outlet load, gas cylinder pressure and pressure at pump outlet on performance of the piston actuator are analyzed. The result shows the system works reliably, but the pressure of gas cylinder and the pressure at pump outlet need to be matched in the process of application.
