Abstract:
Dissipation mechanism of vibration baffles with protruded injectors is investigated by establishing an acoustic model and conducting a single injector acoustic simulation test. The vortex around longitudinal ribs is analyzed with numerical method. Based on acoustic theory, the sound field of vibration baffles with longitudinal ribs is studied. The results show that the stability effect of vibration baffles with protruded injectors is better than that of conventional vibration baffles if appropriate clearance is chosen, the main area producing vortex is around longitudinal ribs, and for effect on acoustic characteristic, the height of ribs is more important than the length of ribs.
