- Abstract:
- The connotation of the fundamental research on technology is elaborated. in rocket engine. The importance of the fundamental research are discussed in two aspects of technical complexity and severe operating environment of the liquid propulsion system. The two major domains, six technical branches and main contents in twenty-three specific research directions of the fundamental research on the liquid propulsion technology are investigated. The currently-possessed research capa-
city, the test facilities and the acquired partial achievements are introduced briefly. The development ideas, measures and suggestions in the future fundamental research of liquid rocket engine in Xi’an Aerospace Propulsion Institute are proposed.
