Abstract:
Numerical simulation of the pneumatic diaphragm was carried on with ANSYS to study the relationship between equivalent stress and displacement of the pneumatic diaphragm, and then the design criteria of the material, geometric structure and size of pneumatic diaphragm were obtained. The pneumatic diaphragm adopting the design criteria passed the assessment of the special testbed for initiating explosive devices. The test results show that the rupture pressure range of pneumatic diaphragm is 9±0.5 MPa, the nitrogen loading rate of the test system is not less than 100 MPa/s, and the pneumatic diaphragm meets the design requirements. The pneumatic diaphragm has been applied to a rapid gas loading device to simulate the rapid filling test system of high temperature and high pressure gas produced while the grain is burning.
