Die forging process of turbine disk was analyzed by means of process capability in—
dex and histogram which are commonly used in quality management.The results indicated that the
process capabilities of A。at room temperature and and at 800。C were inadequate.Measures
were taken during the process to improve and values at 800%and narrow down the standard
deviation range of AK at room temperature.The paper also discussed microstructure changes of the
material and notable problems during die forging process.Remarkable improvement was observed in
the process.
