- 摘要:
- 为了探索铝合金硫酸阳极氧化膜棕红色印迹的成因,通过模拟生产加工过程和 贮存环境等试验研究,认为阳极氧化膜棕红色印迹的形成与氧化膜被酸性物质污染、氧化膜 封孔处理后清洗不彻底、氧化膜受到溶液浸泡等因素有关。提出了清洗、防污染等应对措施。
- Abstract:
- Simulation tests involving processing and storage environment were carried out to ex— plore the formation of brown red spots on the surface of sulfuric acid anodic oxide film.The results showed that the formation of brown red spots was related to such factors as oxide film pollution by acid mmefials,incomplete cleaning after sealing treatment and immersion in solutions.Countermeasures were put forward.
