- 调节阀中重要零件调节杆的加工精度较以往产品大幅提高,给机械加工带来很大困难。通过对产品结构特点、加工工具性能等的分析,采取了调整加工设备、制定合理的工艺方案、对材料进行消除变形热处理等保证加工精度的措施成功地加工出了符合设计精度要求的产品。
- Abstract:
- High machining precision of the regulating rod of a control valve was demanded. In order to solve the machining difficulties, characteristics of the regulating rod and performance of the machining equipments were analyzed. Measures as machining equipment changing, proper processing approach selection and heat treating for distortion eliminating were discussed in this paper. All the efforts result in successful high precision finishing of the product.
