- 通过大量的焊接工艺试验、分析及工艺评定试验验证,确定了15CrMoR+Incoloy825复合板焊接及在15CrMoR基体上堆焊Incoloy825复合层最佳的焊接工艺规范参数及焊接工艺方法。熔敷金属(包括堆焊金属)的力学性能、化学成分及复合层的耐腐蚀性能等各项技术指标均达到了设计要求。
- Abstract:
- Proper welding parameters for a 15CrMoR+Incoloy825 composite plate welding and Incoloy825 composite layer surfacing on 15CrMoR substrate were proposed based on extensive tests and analysis. Optimal standard parameters and methods were verified by welding assessment test. The mechanical properties and chemical composition of deposited metal (including surfacing metal) and corrosion resistance of composite layer met the design requirements.
