- 分析了电磁阀特性测试现状和不足,提出了电磁阀特性智能测试的技术方案、测试原理、关键技术及解决方案。利用所研制的电磁阀智能测试系统对某典型电磁阀特性进行了测试验证,表明该系统具有自动控制、智能判读和测试精度高等特点,并满足技术指标要求。
- Abstract:
- Based on the analysis of solenoid valve testing status and weaknesses, the technical plan, testing principle, key technologies and solutions of intelligent testing for solenoid valve characteristics are proposed in this paper. The characteristics of a typical solenoid valve were tested with the self-developed intelligent testing system for solenoid valve. The testing result demonstrates that the system has features of automatic control, intelligent interpretation and high testing precision, and can satisfy the requirement of technical specifications.
