- 阐述了诱导轮参数化三维造型的意义和现状,应用自主开发的PIND-2D软件进行诱导轮的二维水力设计,并分析了诱导轮三维造型结构特点。在此基础上,采用C++编程语言,在Pro/TOOLKIT环境下对Pro/E进行二次开发,并采用动态链接库方法实现程序与Pro/E和MFC之间的数据接口,成功开发出了诱导轮参数化三维造型软件,提高了诱导轮设计的效率和质量。
- Abstract:
- The significance and the current situation of the three-dimensional parametrization sculpting for inducer are illustrated. The two-dimensional hydraulic drawing of inducer was designed by PIND-2D which had been developed independently. The structural features of three-dimensional sculpting of inducer were analyzed. On this basis, the secondary development of Pro/E was executed by means of VC++ programming language under the condition of Pro/TOOLKIT environment. The program data interface between Pro/E and MFC was realized by using DLL, and then the three-dimensional parametrization sculpting software of inducer was successfully developed. The efficiency and quality of inducer's design were promoted.
