- 建立了某小推力单组元肼推力器的全仿真传热数学模型,应用有限元分析方法对长程工作的不带套筒推力器瞬态温度场进行了热分析计算,并与试车温度数据进行了比较,数值计算结果与实验结果吻合良好,证明所用软件建立的模型合理。对增加套筒后的推力器进行了仿真模拟,结果表明,推力器脉冲长程工作后,单层套筒点焊于法兰盘上时集液腔温度较高,双层套筒时集液腔温度最高,均对法兰盘集液腔及电磁阀产生高温不利影响,推荐使用点焊在热控环上的热控方式;推力器温启动时,单、双层套筒保温效果相差不大,推荐使用单层套筒点焊于热控环上的热控方式。
