- 发动机喷注器喷注孔撞击精度等几何参数是试车和飞行振动的重要影响因素之一。因此,对加工、装配铆接和钎焊后喷注孔的相关尺寸参数进行准确测量、分析和评价,提高喷注器产品的质量可靠性是亟需解决的问题。通过设计喷注孔自动测量方案,组建测量系统,设计专用定位工装和开发数控测量程序,形成了自击式喷注器喷注孔测量方法,并对测量数据进行了统计分析。结果表明:测量方法可靠,检测效率提高了92%左右。
- Abstract:
- The impinging accuracy of injecting orifice in the engine self-impinging injector is one of the most notable factors affecting engine vibration in engine testing and operotion. Therefore, to precisely measure, analyze and assess the relevant dimension and shape parameters of the injecting hole is very importont for inprovement of the injector reliability in the manufacturing process, such as rings machining, riveting, assembly and welding. With the design of injecting orifice auto-measurement scheme, composition of measurement system, design of special positioning fixture, development of numerical control measurement program, a method to measure the injecting orifice in the engine self-impinging injector was formed eventually. The statistic analysis of the measured data was performed. The result indicates that the measuring method is reliable, and its detection efficiency is increased by about 92%.
