- 为了摸索TAl0钛合金的焊接工艺技术,通过大量的焊接工艺试验及分析,拟 定合理的焊接工艺参数.同时根据TAl0钛合金的焊接特点,设计了大量的气体保护装置,将 焊缝与热影响区在焊接及焊后冷却过程中温度高于300。C的区域置于氩气的良好保护之下,经 过焊接工艺评定试验验证,最终确定了钛合金TAl0焊接最佳的焊接工艺规范参数。焊缝表面 的保护效果、氧化程度、焊缝X射线检测结果、熔敷金属化学成分及焊缝力学性能等各项技 术指标均达到了设计要求,保证了产品的焊接质量。
- Abstract:
- Welding technology is one of the most critical issues for manufacturing titanium pressure vessels.For the purpose of developing TA 10 Ti alloy welding technology,appropriate process parameters were drafted on the basis of extensive tests and analysis of welding technology. Meanwhile,according to welding characteristics of TA 10 Ti alloy,a number of gas protection devices were designed to put the welding and heat-affected zone with the temperature above 300。C under the protection of argon atmosphere during welding and after worrd cooling process.After the welding technology verification tests,the optimum standard parameters were finally determined for TA 1 0 Tialloy welding.All technology design requirement specifications,such as protective effects of weld surface,oxidation degree,X—my weld inspection results,chemicM composition of deposited metal, and mechanical properties of welds are satisfied.The welding of products and the welding quality of TA 1 0 Ti alloy welded joints are assured.
