- 2MN推力测量自动校准系统,通过液压源产生稳定标准力,由伺服控制器对 标准力传感器输出力值进行精确测量,使标准力传感器输出值与标准值相等,实现力值的高 精度控制。校准过程中前后端计算机通过串行连接,根据推力校准过程特点设定握手协议, 对交互信号进行判断后由校准程序自动确定校验过程状态并进行相关处理,实现了校准过程 的自动化. 确保了校准数据完整性、准确性。
- Abstract:
- The 2MN thrust measurement auto—calibration system,using hydraulic pressure sources to pmduce stable standard force,using servo—controUer to measure the output Value o{the standard force sensor,then making the sensor output value equal to the sIandard force,can realize the high precision contr0I of fbrce.During the ca“bration process,the fbre—and—aft end computers communicating by serial pon with the handshake protocol set according to the character of work pm— cess,the system judges the intercommunion signal,then detennine the status of the cali hration pID。 cess automatically,and make con.elative disposal.This system can realize the automatit)n of calibra- tion process,and ensure the integrility and the Veracity of the calibration data.
