- 论述了液氧/煤油发动机试验控制系统软件的架构和设计。该系统硬件采用基于 PXI总线、模块化仪器的上下位机架构,软件上位机采用WINDOWS 2000操作系统、Lab. VIEW DSC和LabVIEW RT多线程优先级可视化编程环境.下位机采用Embedded k小VIEW RT模块,上下位机通过Ethemet和DataSocket实现连接和通讯。通过系统软件结构和程序模 块设计,实现了发动机各种状态控制、试验过程信号实时检测及动态工艺流程显示等功能. 系统具有高可靠性、高实时性、可视性、可操作性、可维护
- Abstract:
- Software structure and design concept of the control system for the newly built rocket engine test stand are presented.The system applies the PXIbus,the modular instrument,LabVIEW DSC and LabVlEW RT,and realizes the function of sequential control,pressure regulating control, signal dynamic detection and dynamic display of test process under muhiconditions of rocket engine ground tests.The new system is characterized by high reliability and safety,real time,easy operation and maintenance,better visualization.
