- 在大型液体火箭推进系统中,推进剂供应系统对贮箱压力有着严格的要求,增 压系统作为可靠性环节的关键系统,工作过程复杂,需要进行仿真分析和试验验证,以改进 设计。应用系统仿真技术,对某推进剂供应系统的增压过程进行了仿真,仿真结果与试验情 况基本吻合。仿真结果表明缓冲阀可以有效地抑制增压过程压力振荡。此外,系统增压时间 不能低于17s。
- Abstract:
- In a liquid rocket propellant feed system,tank pressure is an important parameter which should be strictly ensured.The pressurization system becomes oIle of the key systems influ· encing the reliability target,therefore numerical simulation and ground test are needed in order to optimize its design.The pressurizing process of certain propellant feed system is simulated by AMESim.The result of the simulation has a good agreement with the test,and indicates the validity of the buffer.Besides above,the pressurizing time should be more than 1 7s.
