- 介绍了采用的磁场、磁路、磁阻以及磁场分布理论,给出了用于小长径比零件磁粉检测专用工装的设计规范,利用该工装可明显提高发动机机架零件磁粉检测的灵敏度。该项技术已应用于发动机无损检测之中。
- Abstract:
- Based on the magnetic field, magnetic path, magnetoresistance and magnetic field distribution theory, the design specifications of special tooling for magnetic particle detection of the parts with small slenderness ratio are proposed. The tooling obviously improved the sensitivity of magnetic particle detection for engine frame parts. The detection technology has already been applied to the nondestructive detection of the engines.
