- 介绍了用氢氧化钠代替氰化钠进行无氰镀锌的工艺方法、工艺过程和工艺规范,研究了添加剂浓度、氧化锌浓度、NaOH/ZnO比率和电流密度对锌镀层的沉积速率、外观、抗腐蚀性、氢脆性的影响,得到了无氰镀锌电镀液最佳配方和无氰镀锌的工艺规范。采用该规范电镀的产品通过了200 h的氢脆拉伸试验。
- Abstract:
- The method, procedure and specifications of non-cyanide zinc plating process are introduced, in which NaOH is used instead of NaCN. The influence of additive concentration, ZnO concentration, NaOH/ZnO ratio and current density on the deposition rate, appearance, corrosion resistance and hydrogen brittleness of zinc coating was investigated. Optimal electroplating solution composition and process specifications for non-cyanide zinc plating were obtained. The products electroplated with the specifications were verified by 200 h tensile testing for hydrogen brittleness.
