- 基于自顶向下设计模式,在Pro/E和Intralink平台上实现了液体火箭发动机骨架模型设计.采用多层骨架设计方案,简化了发动机骨架模型,实现了组合件发布骨架模型并行设计,提高了工作效率.通过将组合件空间位置、轮廓尺寸、接口方位和接口结构要求包含在骨架模型中,用骨架模型替代了传统设计模式中的二维结构设计要求,实现了无纸化接口协调,提高了接口协调的准确性和实时性.研究结果表明,基于自顶向下模式的骨架模型设计可显著提高发动机研制效率,降低研制成本.
