- 通过对铌钨合金性能的研究,得到了铌钨合金一次旋压最大减薄率,采用变厚度平板旋压毛坯,合理分布两次剪切旋压变形量和各点壁厚变薄率,控制旋压过程,应用仿真软件对翻边成形进行仿真,掌握了薄壁大尺寸铌钨合金喷管精密旋压及翻边成形技术.
