- 高压气动电磁阀是地面供气系统使用的关键元件,其可靠性直接关系到运载火箭能否正常完成发射流程.本文对高压气动电磁阀的故障模式进行分析,并对其可靠性改进设计、可靠性试验以及可靠性评估等技术进行了介绍,通过一系列可靠性改进设计及验证试验工作,使高压气动电磁阀可靠性有所增长,并在大型飞行试验中得到验证.
- Abstract:
- The high-pressure pneumatic solenoid valve is the key element applied to the ground gas supply system in aerospace field,whose reliability is closely related with the successful launch procedure of the launch vehicle.In this paper,the failure modes of high-pressure pneumatic solenoid valve are analyzed,and the reliability improvement,reliability test and reliability assessment techniques are also introduced.The reliability of high-pressure pneumatic solenoid valve was increased to a certain extent by a series of reliability improvement designs and validation experiments,which was also proved in large-scale flight tests.
