- 为实现水击压力传感器现场动态校准,模拟液体水击压力产生的状态,研制了一套用于水击压力传感器现场校准的快关阀,并对阀关键部件脆性片材料进行重点选择和验证试验。测试结果证明:快关阀关闭时间满足设计要求,实用效果良好,可用于瞬态水击压力现场动态校准。
- Abstract:
- In order to realize the field dynamic calibration of water hammer pressure sensor and simulate the state of liquid water hammer pressure, a set of quick-closing valve used in the field calibration of water hammer pressure sensor was developed, and the material of brittle sheet as a key valve part was selected and verified. The test results show that the close time of quick-closing valve meets the design requirements, and the practical effect is good, which can provide an important basis for the dynamic calibration of dynamic water hammer pressure.
