- 针对某液体火箭发动机涡轮泵试车过程中机械密封故障进行了分析,研究了机械密封泄漏机理。通过N2O4介质运转试验,从石墨材料物理性能和组织结构两个方面分析了机械密封泄漏原因,试验证明石墨材料的导热性、动环材料的导热性对密封性能起着关键作用。
- Abstract:
- For the turbine pump of a liquid propellant rocket engine, the mechanical seal failure appeared in the test process was analyzed and the mechanism of mechanical seal leakage was investigated in this paper. Through the N2O4 medium running test, the leakage reasons of mechanical seal were analyzed in two aspects of the physical properties and the organization structure of graphite material. The test results demonstrate that the thermal conductivity of graphite and ring material plays a key role in sealing performance.
