- 利用质量管理中常用的分析工具和分析技术——工序能力指数和直方图两种方 法对涡轮盘模锻过程进行了分析。两种分析结果一致表明:常温检测项目A。和800。C高温检 测项目蠡、砂的工序能力不足,应该从模锻工序过程采取措施提高800。C高温蠡、沙数据,同 时控制常温检测项目A。的波动范围。结合材料的理论组织变化探讨了模锻环节应注意的问 题,工艺改进效果明显。
- Abstract:
- Die forging process of turbine disk was analyzed by means of process capability in— dex and histogram which are commonly used in quality management.The results indicated that the process capabilities of A。at room temperature and and at 800。C were inadequate.Measures were taken during the process to improve and values at 800%and narrow down the standard deviation range of AK at room temperature.The paper also discussed microstructure changes of the material and notable problems during die forging process.Remarkable improvement was observed in the process.
