采用新型片式加热器实现对490 N发动机头部加热方法的改进,利用I-DEAS/TMG有限元热分析软件仿真了发动机头部温度场。分析了热控组件及发动机支架的耐温能力,提出了飞控过程中490 N发动机关机的温度判据。阐述了控温回路及其控温点设计,并介绍了控温策略。最后给出了在轨飞行试验的温度控制数据, 验证了热控设计的有效性。

A new type of plate heater was adopted to improve the heating method of the 490 N engine head. The finite element software I-DEAS/TMG for thermal analysis was used to simulate the temperature field of the engine head. The temperature resistant ability of the thermal control module and the engine bracket was evaluated. In addition, the temperature criterion to shut down the 490N engine was proposed during the flight control. The temperature control loop and the design of its temperature control point are elaborated, and the control strategy of temperature is introduced. Finally, the temperature control data of the engine in orbit flight test is given and the effectiveness of thermal control design is validated.
