离心式喷嘴在火箭发动机中广泛应用,以往的研究中对双组元离心式喷嘴的外喷嘴流动特性研究较少,通过数值模拟方法研究外喷嘴流动特性。针对典型双组元离心式喷嘴结构,运用CFX软件数值模拟研究其外喷嘴的流动特性,获得喷嘴的典型流场结构,将数值模拟结果与试验结果对比,验证数值模拟方法的有效性。研究内喷嘴对外喷嘴流动特性的影响,获得内喷嘴直径、缩进长度对外喷嘴流量系数、雾化锥角的影响规律。数值模拟结果可以更详细的给出喷嘴流场特点及喷嘴流动特性,运用数值模拟方法可以更准确的指导喷嘴设计过程。

The pressure-swirl atomizer is widely used in rocket engine. The previous research rarely involved the flow characteristics of outer nozzle of the bipropellant pressure-swirl injector. The flow characteristics of the outer nozzle are researched with numerical simulation method. In allusion to the structure of a typical bipropellant centrifugal nozzle, the CFX software for numerical simulation is used to research the flow characteristics of the outer nozzle, and get the typical flow field structure of the nozzle. The effectiveness of the numerical simulation method was verified by comparing the numerical results with the test results. The influence of the inner nozzle on the flow characteristics of the outer nozzle is studied to obtain the effect of the inner nozzle diameter and the retracted length on flow coefficient and atomization cone angle of the outer nozzle. The numerical simulation results can provide more detailed description of nozzle flow field features and nozzle flow characteristics. The numerical simulation method can guide the nozzle design process more accurately.
