This paper briefly introduces working principle and system composition of pumping pressure filling system for the centrifugal pump.By calculating the lift of centrifugal pump and pumping pressure filling system, the relationship between fiow and lift is obtained.The characteristic curves of lift and flow of centrifugal pump as well as the lift curve of pumping pressure filling system are drawn, in which the working point of centrifugal pump is determined by the intersection of both curves.Then, the variation curve of the operating point of centrifugal pump is drawn under the dynamic change of fluid resistance in pipeline and the liquid level in container, which intersects with the lift and flow characteristic curves of the centrifugal pump respectively.By analyzing the working point of centrifugal pump at different fluid resistances and liquid levels, major factors that cause the centrifugal pump to deviate from the normal working point are obtained.It is verfied that the theoretical analysis results are basically consistent with the actual operating results of the pumping pressure filling system.According to the analysis results, the specific control measures are formulated to improve the reliability of filling system for centrifugal pump.
