小型夹具随机振动试验高频超差问题研究

从试验夹具、夹具与振动台滑台之间的连接螺栓数目、连接刚度、连接非线性及连接阻尼等方面,分析了发动机测控电缆在随机振动试验中出现高频超差的原因。针对这些因素,提出采用降低夹具重心、提高夹具与滑台连接刚度、改善连接阻尼、多点控制等方法,解决了小型夹具在随机振动试验中出现高频超差问题,提高了小型夹具随机振动试验的控制精度和试验质量。此外,在小型夹具随机振动试验高频超差问题的研究中,给出了随机振动试验中低量级振动试验控制效果较好,而高量级随机振动试验时出现高频超差的原因; 通过在夹具与台面之间加入毛毡方式,解释了试验中看似相同的两方向振动试验,控制效果却完全不同的原因。

The causes of excess vibration in high frequency region in random vibration test of control cables were analyzed, including vibration test fixture design, numbers of connection screws, connection stiffness, connection nonlinearity and connection damping. In order to solve the excess vibration in high frequency region, the solutions, including reducing the fixture center of gravity, increasing connection stiffness, improving connection damping and multipoint control, were proposed and the control precision and test quality can be improved in random vibration test of small fixture. In addition, the problems encountered in some projects were well explained by this work: 1)the control effect is better in low-order vibration, but the excess vibration in high frequency region occurs in high-order vibration.2)the control effect is utterly different when the vibration tests look like the same in two directions.
