为了在S-130不锈钢(铸钢)材料表面获得耐蚀性优良的钝化膜,采用电化学工作站对S-130不锈钢材料在不同钝化溶液体系中开路电位曲线、极化曲线(Tafel)、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)进行分析,从而获得不同钝化溶液体系下钝化膜的生长行为及膜层的耐蚀性。实验结果表明:S-130不锈钢在柠檬酸体系中钝化膜生长平稳且膜层致密,未出现钝化膜溶解现象; 经柠檬酸体系钝化后,在3.5%标准NaCl溶液试验下,其电荷转移电阻(261.4 Ω),明显大于HNO3钝化溶液体系(133.8 Ω),腐蚀电流要小于HNO3钝化溶液体系,在同等环境下腐蚀电流降低了58.4%,在NaCl溶液中的腐蚀速率明显降低。因此,与传统的HNO3钝化溶液相比,S-130不锈钢材料在新型环保的柠檬酸钝化溶液中具有更好的钝化效果,经钝化后的S-130不锈钢也显示出了更优良的耐蚀性。

In order to obtain the passivation film with excellent corrosion resistance on the surface of S-130 stainless steel(cast steel), the electrochemical workstation was used to analyze the open circuit potential curve, polarization curve(Tafel)and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)of S-130 stainless steel in different passivation solution systems, so as to obtain the growth behavior and corrosion resistance of the passivation film.The experimental results show that the passivation film of S-130 stainless steel in citric acid system grows smoothly and the film layer is dense, and there is no dissolution phenomenon of the passivation film; after the passivation by citric acid system, the charge transfer resistance(261.4 Ω)is significantly larger than that of HNO3 passivation solution system(133.8 Ω)in 3.5% standard NaCl solution test. The corrosion current is less than that of HNO3 passivation solution system in the same environment. The corrosion current decreases by 58.4%, and the corrosion rate in NaCl solution is significantly reduced.Therefore, compared with the traditional HNO3 passivation solution, S-130 stainless steel is of better passivation effect in the new environmentally friendly citric acid passivation solution, and the passivated S-130 stainless steel also shows more excellent corrosion resistance.
