夹具动态特性影响着振动试验的质量。螺栓结合面刚度与螺栓预紧力密切相关,从而影响到夹具的动态特性。基于模态试验数据建立了4种不同螺栓连接方式的有限元模型,确定了合理的螺栓动力学简化方法。在此基础上,采用数值计算、试验验证与理论分析相结合的方法开展螺栓预紧力对夹具模态的影响规律分析,数值计算结果与试验结果高度吻合,简化振动试验系统力学模型中第1阶整体频率随预紧力的变化趋势与数值计算结果具有一致性,计算结果表明:螺栓预紧力在10~45 kN递增时,夹具各阶模态振型不发生改变,固有频率数值呈对数函数趋势增长,存在饱和预紧力现象。
The stiffness of bolted joint interface is closely related to the bolt pre-tightening force, which affects the dynamic characteristics of fixture and the quality of vibration test.Based on the modal test data, four finite element models of different bolt connection modes were established, and a reasonable simplified method of bolt dynamics was determined.On the basis of this, the influence rule of bolt pre-tightening force on fixture mode was investigated by combining numerical calculation, experimental verification and theoretical analysis.It was shown that the results of numerical calculation were in good agreement with the experimental results.Additionally, the change trend of the first-order overall frequency with bolt pre-tightening force in the simplified vibration test system was consistent with the numerical calculation results.The numerical results indicate that when the pre-tightening force increases from 10 kN to 45 kN, the modal shape of each stage of fixture does not change and the value of natural frequency increases logarithmically.Meanwhile, the phenomenon of saturated pre-tightening force exists under this circumstance.
