为了研究工作压力下典型法兰结构螺栓力和密封件接触力的变化关系,首先对密封件、法兰及连接螺栓进行预紧状态及工作状态的受力分析,并在轴向及转动方向对法兰建立力与力矩的平衡方程,通过对平衡方程组的理论推导得到螺栓力增量随工作压力增量的变化关系。其次,建立法兰密封有限元模型,并进行工作压力作用下的仿真计算,结果表示法兰的力学分析准确合理,有效验证了理论公式的推导及其正确性。最后,在推导出的理论公式基础上,准确获得了工作过程中螺栓力、密封件接触力与密封件内半径R、螺栓与密封件距离L、密封件压缩/拉伸刚度K之间的关系,为法兰密封的设计及结构优化提供参考。

In order to study the variation mechanism of bolt force and seal contact force in typical flange structure under working pressure,firstly,the force analysis of the seal,flange and connecting bolts in pre-tightening state and working state is carried out. The equilibrium equations of force and torque are established for the flange in axial and rotational directions,and the relationship between the bolt force increment and the working pressure increment is obtained through the theoretical derivation of equilibrium equations. Secondly,the finite element model of flange seal is established and the simulation calculation under the working pressure is carried out. The results show that the mechanical analysis of the flange is accurate and reasonable,which effectively verifies the derivation and correctness of the theoretical formula. Finally,on the basis of the derived theoretical formula,the relationship between bolt force,seal contact force and seal inner radius R,distance L between bolt and seal, seal compression/tensile stiffness K during the working process is accurately obtained,which provides a reference for the structural design and optimization of flange seal.
