针对空气涡轮火箭(ATR)发动机在高空高马赫数的工作特性开展了研究,建立了高马赫数下发动机与进排气系统一体化计算模型,开展了进气道、燃气发生器、燃烧室和尾喷管的匹配工作特性及影响分析。同时对ATR发动机在该工作状态下的内流场进行了数值仿真分析,并完成了高马赫数自由射流试验与流场仿真结果对比,验证了发动机高马赫数工作特性的正确性。综合内流场数值仿真与试验验证结果分析认为ATR发动机在马赫数3.5时具有良好的性能,涡轮机对来流空气具有一定的增压作用,进气道工作状态稳定,始终处于起动状态,发动机的推力增益与仿真计算结果一致。

This paper researched into the high-Mach property about the air turbo ramjet. It established the model of engine performance,analyzed the influence among the inlet,gas combustion and outlet to engine property,simulated the ATR engine internal flow field in the same working state,accomplished the free jet tests. Comparing the test result with the simulation result,it validated the veracity of high-Mach property. Research results indicate that ATR engine can work smoothly on 3.5 Ma and provide preferable performance. The turbofan can improve the flow pressure obviously. The inlet always has a steady and startup state. The thrust gain of the engine accords to anticipations.
