- 针对电爆阀可靠性验证及评估难度大、所需试验样本数量多等问题,提出了一种强化试验的小子样可靠性评估及验证方法,对样本观测值利用数理统计方法计算产品的可靠性。经实际应用检验,本方法可以采用较少的试验样本获得较高的可靠性,降低了可靠性试验验证成本,使试验评定成为可能,满足了电爆阀可靠性评估及验证的工程需要。
- Abstract:
- Aiming at the difficulty of pyrovalve reliability validation and assessment, and requirement of large number of samples, a small sample reliability verification method of strenuous test is put forward. The product reliability is calculated with sample observation value by means of mathematical statistics method. Practical application proves that this method can obtain high reliability by using less test samples. It reduced the cost of reliability test, made the test evaluation possible and met the requirement of engineering reliability assessment of pyrovalve
